Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we dispatch orders via airfreight using FedEx or DHL and provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. To ensure your orders are insured, we add 2% to the value of your goods. We will not be responsible for rare issues like wet or broken boxes or missing items.
Dispatch & Delivery
To ensure fast and reliable delivery of any order, we offer a complete logistical service, working directly with FedEx and DHL. Both arrive daily at our office, picking and dropping off packages, samples, and production orders in 2-5 working days from when the goods are ready for dispatch.
Samples or Bulk PO’s
Once we have dispatched your sample or production orders, we will provide you with the tracking number.
Samples
The approx. cost to send ten samples to most overseas locations, USD 150.
Production
Your Production is dispatched in boxes 36 x 58 x 46cm, from 20-25 Kilos per box.
On average, 300 items to AUS, USA or EU costs USD 600.

Notes
Be aware. Even though we hold a Tax-Free certificate when importing fabrics into Indonesia, import tax and duties will be payable when the orders arrive at your country’s borders. As these vary from country to country, we never know what your charges will be, and they are solely your responsibility.
You can find out the approx. costs to import goods into your country by contacting your local DHL or FedEx office. Ask them what the tax will be for either ladies ‘wear Synthetic or Natural clothing, whatever you’re planning on importing.
In most cases, Duty is 10%, import tax, +VAT (or GST).
